INDIA is no where regarded as democratic country nor it is. It will only act in its interest. Australians have learned and now chasing out, All SAARC nation know and they are trying to chase out Indians. Even Bhutan does not wants to keep Indians around. so India will never be part of global countries supporting any thing. Sure, It will play negative role because India has big Interest in Bhutan.
