Camp based Police arrested one refugee from Beldangi-I camp in connection with the murder of former camp secretary Ramesh Subba. The arrestee is identified as Lal Maya Rai, 24 of Sector G from the same camp.

Police said that she was arrested Saturday following a special investigation.
