On a different note, Rizal, Biswanath Chhetri, Bahadur Subba were physically tortured by Dago Tshering, Kipchu Tshering, the present Police Chief of Bhutan. I hope they will file a case against them with the Court of International Justice in Hague.

Its not only Rizal who was subjected to severest torture and most inhuman treatment in Bhutan’s jails but hundreds of others whose stories have gone unheard and unpublished. Instead of highlighting only his plight time and again Rizal should have attempted to also cover sufferings of other Bhutanese some of whom were not only tortured but murdered in Bhutan’s dungeons. The fact is writing books alone will not solve Bhutanese problem Rizal should make genuine efforts to win the goodwill and support of top Indian leaders and government including that of international community if he is a true leader.
