Kakarvitta, January 22: A new armed outfit has owned the responsibility of the recent serial blasts inside the country that rocked four districts in a short span of time.
In a declaration issued by ‘KARMA’ of the United Revolutionary Front of Bhutan, that never appeared in surface before, said the blasts were intended to foil the elections and urged parties and the government to halt the process immediately.
The outfit also said it will not accept the result of the polls to which it termed ‘farcical’. Bhutan News Service
