Well, I see a lot newer Bhutanese organisations sprouting in the recently settled countries. It is also observed that some international supporters are funding them. I, as only an observer from far and distant place in a way only as a well wisher would like to wish that the organisations do not victimise the general Bhutanese people including uneducated elders, men, women and children by selling their names and collecting funds without their knowledge. I think the executives must open up all the pressing issues such as general awareness of all the Bhutanese on the new environment that they are living. A mechanism should be so formulated such that each and every Bhutanese has an access to his or participation in realising the great objective of the organisation. This means a lot of decentralisation is imperative to the proceedings which will not only make the use of funds more transparent but also the bhutanese feel that the organisation belongs to them. It is learnt that many people unknown to the new and advanced system of banking fell victims to the miscreants.
1.A radical and down-to-earth, approach implemented to safeguard the hard-earned balances of the people.
2. Funds must also be allocated in the larger interest of bringing out the actual picture the RGOB created while the evolution of the Bhutanese refugee issue.
3. A planned and consolidated approach towards unity and integrity of all the Bhutanese in and outside Bhutan should be the objective of any Bhutanese organisations.
4. Our approach should promote universal brotherhood, justice to all the human beings, all should feel that we are equal human beings on this planet earth irrespective of our country of origin or residence, religion, culture, nationality etc. We are Humans, with natural classification as Male and Female. There should not be any gender discrimination as well.
5. All those organisations must formulate a work procedures which guarantees public accountability before the society.
6. Last but not the least, issues that will promote Bhutanese disunity should not be brought to light and let us first allow all to continue believe in whatever culture we want to. Ofcourse, no one can and should preserve and promote the evils of caste system in Hiduism. This also must be discussed and declared in a planned organised way but not in an ill-planned, hasty, imposing and hurting way.
I hope one day we will again meet somewhere in this planet and share our common issues.

The people who like to lead the Bhutanese mass especially the resettled people should have given a deeper thought before the third country settlement. They should have gone through the world history of changes. they should have gone through the radical changes and great revolutions in Europe - France, Germany, Russia, and China, even India and even the United States of America . We should have contributed to the upkeeping of the strength of nationalism. Everbody should have worked together. We had too many criteria of social division.
Our total society was the very embodiment of divisions based on castes, economic barometer, based on the status of being employed in govt. services and many more and even the age factor was a big criteria.
When a big snake is swallowing a frog, the frog still keeps attacking its prey when it finds at its front. This was the condition when I was living in the camps sometime during the nineties.
Now the only option left with us is to wait and see how the developed countries change the days to come in all the areas. People say that these days this new system of governance or the changes we brought or even I.. brought the development blaa.. bla.. But the changes have come spontaneously in the third countries with the changes in the science and technology all over the world. Nevertheless, in our cause the elderly people like TN Rizal, RB Basnet, Bhim Subba,Ratan, Jogen have contribute a lot else our cause would not have gained this height also. However, there were certainly some important factors which was given less importance which has resulted this movement to loose the required height.
Now the formation of NRB has certainly no meaning. A common body can be formed to keep the movement alive in the TCS countries but with a political aim and a motive of nationalism. The nature of NRN is apolitical. Its a body which unites the nepalese all over the world and securely allows investment in Nepal and it is formally supported by the government and people of Nepal. But the concept of NRB has to be recognised and supported by the govt and people of Bhutan as well to give it any meaning.
As no country or community can remain in isolation in the 3rd millenium, a condition must be created inside Bhutan to change the minds of the people of Bhutan. Now the owner of the country cannot be a family or samll number of families. The owner are the people - the different communities have equal say in the national politics. We have the means at our disposal to use. But these means must be used positively and should never be misused. I hope

The idea of forming NRB is great, the platform so formed would help the people livivng outside Bhutan for their future course of action for settlement outside as well to return to the motherland Bhutan in the near future. We must help those involved in the making of the platform.Dr.Dhakal's knowledge, experience and his links would be very useful and beneficial to all the NRBs,
